Buck Rocks Bennet in Pueblo Debate
Bennet proven too weak to fight for Colorado

DENVER—Republican nominee for U.S. Senate Ken Buck rocked appointed Sen. Michael Bennet at the Pueblo Chieftain debate in Pueblo tonight, with the message, “We need jobs!”

“Tonight, Ken Buck made it clear that he will be a strong Senator for Colorado,” said Walt Klein, Buck’s general consultant.

On question after question, Bennet tried to pass the buck.  On Afghanistan, he said his plan was “Not nearly as robust as Ken’s is.”  Most importantly, on Social Security, Michael Bennet REFUSED to say how he would fix the system, and instead attacked Buck.

Bennet even had that audacity to say that he would fight to lower the debt, after voting for $13.5 trillion of debt, that he rubberstamped.

“Bennet did say one thing that was right, ‘The fact’s don’t match the rhetoric,’ unfortunately, it was Bennet’s rhetoric that didn’t match up to his rubberstamp voting record,” said Klein.

“Coloradans want jobs,” added Klein.  “Michael Bennet refuses stand up to the special interests and party leadership to fight for the type of legislation need to help small businesses and create jobs.   Once again, Ken has shown himself to be the only candidate who will fight to get America back to work.”
