CNN Poll—Buck 49%, Bennet 44%

09/22/10
  • Press Release

Denver, CO—Republican U.S. Senate candidate Ken Buck continues to lead appointed Sen. Michael Bennet according to the latest  CNN-Time-Opinion Research poll.

The survey taken of 860 likely voters shows Buck leading Bennet 49 percent to 44 percent with a 2.5 percent margin of error.

“The only poll that matters will be on November 2, but this is good news for Ken.  Sen. Bennet has spent this election trying to run away from his record as a rubberstamp and personally attacking Ken Buck,” said Buck’s campaign manager, John Swartout.  “Coloradans know that Ken will fight to create jobs and reduce spending, not be a rubberstamp for big spending.”

The CNN-Time Opinion Research Poll is the latest to show Ken leading the appointed senator.
