DENVER – Attendance records released today by the Buck for Colorado campaign reveal that appointed Senator Michael Bennet skipped 68% of Senate Agriculture Committee hearings – leaving an empty chair at the negotiation table for Colorado and a failure to provide oversight of a runaway administration.

$3 Trillion More in Debt---and Still Nothing to Show for It

DENVER - The Treasury Department reported this morning that the U.S. government has accumulated an additional $3 trillion dollars in debt since Michael Bennet was appointed Senator.  On January 22, 2009---the day Bennet was sworn in as Senator---the national debt was $10.618 trillion.  Treasury reported that at the end of business on October 15, 2010, the debt soared to $13.665 trillion.

DENVER—Grassroots candidate Ken Buck announced a third quarter haul of over $2.14 million dollars, with over $1.14 million cash on hand.  This is the best fundraising quarter for Buck to date.

DENVER—The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce hosted Senate candidates Ken Buck and Sen. Michael Bennet for their fourth debate.  The organization invited the candidates to talk about specifics, but Bennet decided to continue his smear and run campaign.

Bennet’s Answer on EFCA Raises More Questions

DENVER—At the 9 News/Denver Post debate last night, Democrat Michael Bennet announced that he does not support the Employee Free Choice Act, or EFCA.

The Denver Post reported—

“After more than a year of equivocating on the Employee Free Choice Act, which would greatly ease union organizing, Bennet said: ‘I would not support the language in that bill.’”
