Ken Buck within striking distance of Mark Udall in new poll

DENVER, CO:  Ken Buck remains the strongest competitor in the race against incumbent Mark Udall for U.S. Senate, a Quinnipiac poll said Thursday.

“The results of this poll further show the frustration of Coloradans toward Mark Udall,” said Buck.  “I want to go to Washington to give voice to the people Udall has forgotten.”

The results show Buck nearly tied at 42 percent to Udall's 45.  In addition,  the poll revealed that Buck has a strong lead with independents, grabbing 44 percent to Udall's 36.

“I’ve met with voters in all 64 counties in Colorado, and they have many of the same concerns,” Buck added.  “They don't feel that Mark Udall is a voice for them in Washington.”
